Do Not Overindulge
Overspending, overeating and simply overdoing it are major indulgences during the holiday season. However, applying a few ground rules can make a difference, especially when it comes to overeating. Overeating could mean consuming unhealthy foods, eating too large a portion, having too many portions or any such combination.
This varies from one individual to the next but you know when the line has been crossed. You do not have to deprive yourself of all of the scrumptious goodness of certain holiday meals. By taking a temperate approach to holiday eating, there are many foods you can still enjoy.
Stay on Your Regimen
